Cancellation Policy

We provide all guest with a courtesy confirmation two days prior to your service. Due to the high number of cancellations and no-shows, all appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked to the credit card on file. A no call/no show of a missed appointment will result in a 100% charge of all scheduled services. This can accommodate other salon guests who may be on our waitlist.
